Privacy Policy

At MetaTraderOS, we provide custom Expert Advisor (EA) programming and indicator development services for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. This page explains what data we collect from users of our website and app, and how it is used and retained.
1. Information We Collect
- Account registration data: name, email address, and password (stored encrypted; no one can view it in its original form).
- Task details: the specifications and requirements a client submits when requesting an indicator or trading robot, including any files or code the client attaches to clarify the request.
- Messages exchanged between the client and our team within the order chat, including any agreement details regarding payment or delivery reached between the two parties.
- Basic payment information necessary to complete a transaction (such as a wallet address or payment account email), depending on the agreed payment method — we do not store full bank card numbers or bank account details on our servers.
2. Payment Methods
We currently offer payment via PayPal and other direct payment methods. An alternative payment method can also be agreed with the client based on what is arranged between the two parties within the order chat for each request. Payments are processed through approved external payment service providers, and we do not retain full payment card data.
If payment is made through a method not listed on the website, the client's right to safely complete their project remains protected under the same guarantees outlined in this policy.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Carrying out agreed-upon orders (programming the indicator or robot per the submitted specifications).
- Communicating with the client about order status or any related inquiry.
- Managing accounts and login.
- Improving the quality of the service provided.
We do not sell or rent user data to any third party for marketing purposes.
4. Tracking Tools and Advertising
We use Google Analytics to collect general, non-personal statistics about how visitors use our website and app (such as visit counts and most-viewed pages), in order to improve the quality of our service. We do not use any third-party advertising tools. You can review Google's own privacy policy for this service here.
5. Confidentiality Between Client and Our Team
All information and details recorded in the order chat between the client and our team — including project requirements, code, files, and payment or delivery agreements — are treated as strictly confidential, and are not disclosed or shared with any third party unless there is a clear, justified reason explicitly agreed upon by both parties (the client and our team) before any such sharing takes place.
In the event of a dispute between the client and our team, only the minimum information recorded between them — to the extent considered necessary to establish a right or clarify either party's position — may be disclosed, and solely to the party competent to resolve the dispute (such as an agreed arbitrator or mediator), without any broader disclosure of information beyond the scope of the dispute itself.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account data and order details, and neither the account nor any internal information may be deleted under any circumstances. This is to guarantee the client's right to access their project data at any later time, without any harm to its content or loss of any part of it.
7. User Rights
- Accessing the data stored about them.
- Requesting correction of any inaccurate data.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including encrypting passwords and restricting access to sensitive data to authorized team members only.
9. Contact Us
For any inquiry regarding this policy or your personal data, you can contact us via the email address listed on the Contact Us page.
10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or new legal requirements. Any update will be published on this page along with the last modified date shown above.
